Re-Waxing Express

Customers who have already purchased a waxed JR Chain from us can send it to us for "re-waxing". You will then receive the chain back by post, freshly waxed and with a new waxed chain lock. As the original chain manufacturers only ever intend for the original chain lock to be used once, you can continue to ride safely!


The service at a glance

- you will receive a free shipping label by email

- you send us your chains in a clean condition

- we remove the "old" wax from your chain

- we wax your chain fresh with Silca Secret Chain Blend, probably the best hot wax on the market

- we then send the chain back to you

- Express Re-Waxing means that your chain will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days of arriving at our warehouse 


Note: We currently only offer this service to customers on the German market, who have purchased a SRAM or Shimano chain from us (JR Chains). We only process the chain if we receive it in a clean and intact condition and it is not contaminated with oil, grease or rust. If the chain arrives in an improper condition, we will send it back to you unprocessed. In this case, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
